An accused accomplice with a $ 1 billion ring of medicine allegedly led by the former Canada Olympic snowboarder Ryan’s wedding was brought to the US from Mexico to deal with federal charges, the US Justice Department announced Friday on a release given to Fox News Digital.
Andrew Clark, 34, a Canadian citizen who lives In Mexicowas arrested by Mexican authorities in October 2024 and was scheduled to arraigned Monday in the US district court in Arizona.
“The defendant, as described in superseding accusations, plays an important role in running a violent, international drug trafficking organization responsible for many killings,” US lawyer Joseph T. McNally said in the Friday announcement.
“We are grateful that he will have in the United States where he will face justice. When law enforcement officials work together, the criminals are no longer hidden.”

Clark’s aliases include “The Dictator,” and he claims to have controlled a $ 1 billion drug business with supply routes that brought tons of cocaine from Colombia to Canada by Mexico and South California.

The wedding, competing with the 2002 Winter Olympics in Salt Lake City for Canada, was facing drug charges in Canada on the date in 2015, Royal Canadian Mounted Police Chief Superintendent Chris Leather said.
The wedding was previously convicted of the US of the conspiracy to distribute cocaine, and he was punished in prison in 2010, according to Federal Records.
According to the superseding indictment, the wedding and Clark allegedly pointed out the killings of two individuals and the attempt to kill a third victim in Ontario, Canada, in November 2023. The marriage and Clark were said to have also been ordered to kill a fourth individual in May 2024.
Clark and another co-defend will also be charged with killing a fifth individual in Ontario, Canada, in April 2024.

From March 2024 to August 2024, the wedding and Clark allegedly conspired with others to distribute more than 1,800 kilograms of cocaine. Marriage, Clark, and their co-conspirators are said to have also moved approximately one quarter of a billion dollars from April 2024 to September 2024. Investigators took more than $ 3 million from a cryptocurrency purse for a single day.
Clark was the second name of the superseding indictment charging a total of 16 defendants. In Clark’s court anticipated appearance, a total of eight defendants have been –arraigned in this case. The trial of Clark’s co-conspirator is set to begin May 6.
